Dr. Hilary Rondot

Veterinarian

Originally from Ontario, she grew up in Alberta, where she had a mix of city and rural influences. Dr. Rondot had always wanted to be a veterinarian knowing it would be the perfect way for her to work with the animals she loves and help them and the people who love them. She started her academic journey at the University of Alberta and was thrilled when she was accepted to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, where she graduated in 2016. During school, she explored her passion for small and exotic animals, becoming involved in falconry and wildlife rehabilitation clubs as well as taking exotic animal externships.

Her career led her to Fort McMurray after the tragic forest fires of 2016 and Okotoks, where she worked as a primary care and emergency veterinarian. Over her years of practice, she has developed a particular interest in dermatology and preventative medicine, firmly believing in working with clients to help their beloved pets have the happiest and healthiest lives possible. These values that she shares with the clinic and the great staff she gets to work with make her so excited to be a part of the team!

Dr. Rondot’s personal life is also busy, chasing after her two young boys and their family’s dog and cat. She enjoys getting out to the mountains and belly dancing when she gets the chance.
